0.5~4㎡ 400w/m2 Infrared Carbon AC220V Underfloor Heating Film Low Electrical Warm Mat

Engineered for high-temperature applications such as saunas and specialized thermal rooms, this 400W/m² infrared carbon heating film delivers rapid, intense heat output. Constructed with a durable PET film encapsulating copper-conducted carbon fiber strips, it provides reliable electric warmth in demanding environments where standard low-power mats may fall short.

• High Power Output: Rated at 400W/m² (±10%), generating significant surface heat ideal for sauna installations or projects requiring elevated temperatures.
• Carbon Technology: Uses carbon fiber elements that emit far-infrared radiation, offering efficient energy conversion and consistent thermal coverage across the 50cm width.
• Voltage Compatibility: Operates on standard AC220-240V at 50/60Hz, ensuring easy integration into most global electrical systems.

This product is not recommended for standard underfloor residential heating due to its high surface temperature. It is specifically designed for professional installer use in sauna rooms or industrial heating applications. Please note that clamps and insulation pastes are not included and must be purchased separately to ensure safe installation.

Sizing and Assembly Information:

The film is available in widths of 30cm, 50cm, 80cm, and 100cm. When ordering multiple pieces totaling a specific area (e.g., purchasing 1 sqm and 5 sqm), vendors typically supply one continuous roll rather than separate segments. For customized sizing or technical requirements, direct communication with the seller is advised prior to ordering.

Installation Considerations

Proper insulation is critical for high-wattage films. Each piece requires two connection clamps and four pieces of insulation paste to protect the wire joints. The material is CE certified, adhering to European safety standards for electrical heating components.
